November 2-4, 2007
We will be hosting The 2007 Southern Appalachian Expedition in Dawsonville.

It will be held off of Hwy 53 on private property. Maps and directions will be posted along with pre-registration forms.

There will be several public and private property locations available for trail rides.
Save up your money for the Auction to benefit Charity and Off-road Access.
If we have enough pre-registered participants, there will be a catered dinner on Saturday night. grin

This will be a great opportunity to camp with your family and friends.

People:  We need to talk up the event on the boards and prepare our normal registration/information form.  Can someone take point on this?  Is someone already managing the registration?

I'm already on this...Just waiting on some details from Mike.  I also updated our main website yesterday to reflect some of this, and will post the registration form on it once we get it complete.

I'd like to suggest we take this to the private portion of the board.

I'll start a thread there entitled "SAE Planning".

Thanks,
MIke

Yes; There are always plenty of wifes/children in attendance.
